15th September:  Alliance v Ballymena (Date subject to change)

27th October : Ballymena v City of Derry

1st  December : Ballymena v Portadown

19th January : Mid-Ulster v Ballymena

1st March : Ballymena v Swilly Seals

Home galas will normally have a 5.00pm warm up and swimmers bring food for supper (time and type of food will be confirmed with team selection)

TIME TRIALS

 The Time Trials this year have been switched to a Saturday as the venue was not available. These will now be held on Saturday 8th March at Coleraine Leisure Centre
